WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US and Canada, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

• Items must be returned by mail in all their original packaging (tags, box, pouch included)

Items below are non-returnable:

• Custom products

• Final sale items

Return Shipping:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have an account:

• Log into your Toulouse account and select “My Orders” to review the order status

• Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep and eye on its activity while it makes its way to you

If you don’t have an account:

• You can create one now using the same email address used to purchase the order and it will appear under “My Orders” within your account

• Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is received by the courier and scanned into the system. The tracking number can be used to see the information about your order

CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER? OR UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our customer service team at toulouse.gemology@gmail.com and we will do our best to support you.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

If you have an account:

• Log into your Toulouse account and select “My Orders”

• Find your order and click “Return Items”

• Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup

If you do not have an account:

  1. You can create one now, or

  2. Email us at toulouse.gemology@gmail.com to connect with our customer service team regarding the return
